The NwO should of killed the WWF and been victorious but fans got really wild over that Tyson/Austin stuff and by the time the Rock got hot in 1999, it was definitely the end because fans were chanting "ROCKY" during WCW main events in the fall. The NwO kicked Bret Hart, Michaels, and Undertaker's ass. They slapped around the New Generation. That didn't ride on the Rock/Austin run...

I gave you a simple timeframe....the second half of 1999. It was just mentioned in the Wrestling Observer again during the ALL TIME low numbers that were brought up during the non Rock Raws of 2013 that were reviewed.
