Whatever you think you see, evidently isn't enough. When you look how black people are regarded and treated in this country, it's not enough.
A white man who's a criminal and with no college degree has a higher chance of getting a job over a black man with NO criminal record and WITH a college degree.

Mel Gibson's movies made billions after he said that shyt about jews and was exiled from hollywood.
