Because i cant even remember 5 of the first streaming stars. And even 5 years ago i remember a set of names i dont hear about anymore. These guys just replaced tv stars/hosts and those guys were always replacable so idk what you mean. I dont remember any of their names either. I call some of them by their character still.

Atheletes have more impact and 75% of them dont make it more than a few years with a name. Millions of people watched them , 24/7 sports talk and yet today they go “aye joe rmemeber so and so who played corner that year for the giants who was #1 pick and was big. I think i had his jersey”. most cant even name 1% of the players on their fav football teams Lifetime roster they year in and out watch religiously.

Radio was the streaming of the 50s. Name 10 radio hosts who were NOT the apex of their craft. You cant. Yet somehow im supposed to remember all 1000 of these random mofos that have fan bases?

Fame and popularity does not mean everything or else hammer snd vanilla ice would still be considered the goats and on worldwide tours to this day. We remember classic albums. Films. Hall of fame players. Mavericks and trail blazers. Not following the leader wnd sitting on ya pc eating junk food talking to faceless people like akademiks and gossip. Exactly. What's impressive about this situation is how that nikka stood tall. He was outnumbered and could go bad but he still stood for himself. I wouldn't expect that from a streaming nikka. That's the type of nikka I would recruit for my team, he got heart.
