no doubt its complex...but I just hate when people act like there is some conspiracy to keep black kids down.
There are black people in these schools trying to help...but these kids have no guidance in the home...so they come to school all fukked up and not able to sit still and learn.
purposefully, all these social issues are all systematically interconnected in the united states.
plus, Chicago is used as the main breeding ground and discovery zone.
for perpetuating and further adding fuel to compound these problems.
it is no mystery that our schooling is connected to our real estate structure in Illinois.
while, Chicago is the most segregated large city in America.
if the average home in Chicago's black neighborhood only brings in 8K, a year annually.
how are the schools going to produce a quality education.
when, the money coming into education.
is based on the income and real estate of that sector being welled in poverty.
