no doubt its complex...but I just hate when people act like there is some conspiracy to keep black kids down.
There are black people in these schools trying to help...but these kids have no guidance in the home...so they come to school all fukked up and not able to sit still and learn.

I agree, some people are trying to help but there is NO DOUBT in my mind that there is a conspiracy to keep black children uneducated. It has multiple parts and a failed school system is one of them. Not just from the aspect of teaching Math and Grammar but also teaching Black History. I can probably count on one hand how many times the we spoke about Africa in school (not including slavery).

Why would they. In there mind, the main objective is to get money and women. They dont see the bigger picture because they were never showed how much more there is to life. If they are lucky enough to come across someone to teach them that then who knows. More than likely, vultures will just circle them and work non-stop trying to extract all that "guap" that they earned until they end up without any money and living in the same neighborhoods.
