Only countries that might resist extraditing a non citizen would be China, Iran and Russia. You would be liable to get used as a bargaining chip to get one of theirs out in the end.

Plus if you do not have overseas bank accounts in those countries already set up with money, you might as well be broke. There are very few ways to get away from the U.S. when they want you, it is what it is.
