Mostly on DLC and VC. Sometimes I'll buy some fast leveling items for single player games because I don't have the time like that to grind.

I've only bought the Cyberpunk DLC this year. But OP said lifetime so it's definitely over 250

Hard to say over the course of my life or any amounts of years.
However it hasn't been much.
But if we focusing on this year, the last Microtransaction I bought was I think a skin pack for Exo-Primal and that's because the game was free and at the time I was alright with what I was doing in it, despite it being repetitive as hell.
That was like 8 dollars or so.
