Insignificant posting from an insignificant poster
Videos for "Notorious Thugs, I love the Dough and F*ckin U Tonite" would of shut the game down. R. Kelly said Biggie called him and gave him a few concepts for the video. Biggie and R. Kelly had a great relationship, many people slept on their collaboration before "F*cukin U Tonite" which was the Classic joint "Be Happy" which has the same sample as Faith's "You Use to Love Me". Jay and Biggie in a video for "I love the Dough" would of been dope. Biggie and Jay were only in 2 videos together. "Ain't No N!gga and Dead Presidents", he basically was the biggest star in Jay's 1st two major videos. The world wasn't ready for a "Notorious Thugs" video. Again those haters out west really robbed Hip Hop. The Commission LP was shaping to be GOAT STATUS.

one of the most understated and overlooked comments in the history of both SOHH and COLI.

I will never ever fukkin' forgive the fukks that murked big (pac as well, nother story for another day).

In terms of impact and significance in my life, Biggie's passing is as prominent as me losing my mother. In the grand scheme of things, it's due to their influence and effects in my own life that make me appreciate their pivotal roles that much more.

*bumps I'll Be Missing You*

Stevie J confirmed in an interview that it is an unreleased BIG verse that he's had for a minute

I believe the group of people with unreleased records are Voletta/Biggie's Estate, Stevie J, Puffy, Lil Kim, Jay Z and Producer Easy Mo Bee stated he had some records. I think we got about an EP (5-8) songs of unreleased material. There are rumors there's a Fat Joe record and an Ol' D B Record. There was an Onyx record unreleased but they finally released it on there "Cold Case Files" album. Of course they will chop and cut all those verses up, I just hope the original verses leak eventually. It's been so ILL to see all the reference tracks leaking in the last 5-10 years. But I'm thinking the Faith album is going to be a "Cut & Paste" ala "Born again, Duets' album. We might get a few new verses but for the most part I doubt it will be all new verses.

Biggie and Fat Joe actually got more than one song together Puffy got all of them. That's just some stuff Puffy may never release.

I don't know if OP or anybody else mentioned this, but there's also a story from Noreaga himself (forgot what interview), but Nore himself stated that Biggie was gonna be on the remix to Capone-N-Noreaga's T.O.N.Y. :krs::ohhh:

According to Nore, Biggie called him days before his death:

"
“I watched the movie [Notorious] a couple of times,” N.O.R.E. told Radio.com. “The only part that made me cry was when he was making those phone calls. I was one of those phone calls.”

In the scene, Biggie placed calls to several of his loved ones. While the call to N.O.R.E. was omitted on screen, he remembers it well. When Big called, he played “T.O.N.Y. (Top of New York),” which was an unreleased song of Capone-N-Noreaga‘s at the time.

“I wasn’t honored that Big called me playing ‘T.O.N.Y.,’ I was like ‘How the fukk you get that?’ I’m thinking it’s bootlegged. Big Took like five minutes before he answered.”

After delighting in N.O.R.E.’s anxiety about his unreleased song, Biggie explained that he was sitting next to the song’s producer Nasheem Myrick. He then dropped the bomb on him.

“He was like, ‘I’m getting on the remix,” N.O.R.E. said. “‘As soon as I get back to New York, I’m bodying that. Don’t tell no one I don’t want nobody to know.’ I’m thinking I’m gonna have the biggest record out.”"

Biggie was just way ahead of his time, I heard the blends with Metro Boomin beats and there's another one that Mister Cee mixed somebody's blends that had him over today's hit beats...and he just had it all man. Gone way too soon.
