I was like China not even a top 10 international league as far as competition. They just pay well overall as a league.

China should've had some stars by now, but they are terrible at developing players. The country is too regulated. They churn out a decent prospect like every 5 years, or they burn out guys who should've been stars by over-playing them way before they even get on the radar. There's only like 1 or 2 guys over there who MIGHT be able to be NBA players right now, but they would be like the 12th or 13th man. I think Japan might be ahead of them right now, there's a couple of guys that might end up in the draft this year. And Japan doesn't even give a fukk about basketball.

good point...I've only caught 1 or 2 Japanese pro games and their league might be better than the CBL :pachaha:which like you say is crazy considering Japan doesn't invest nowhere near as much as China does
