Lets no go thier bro snes/genesis was a draw.. chrono trigger is a goat level game that definitely holds up today, you also had good rpgs like secrets of mana and freindly rpg like super mario rpg... phantasy star on genesis was right up thier with them..

Phantasy Star IV on Genesis is far superior to any RPG on SNES better graphics, better story, better characters all those squaresoft games from back then are overrated
Final Fantasy VI is the most overrated game ever up there with the Witcher 3, Chrono Trigger is a classic, but that's just one game, genesis got classics in all genres

Sports games were def better on the Genesis. But PS2 had so much heat....

snes has classics in all genres too brah.. mortal kombat 1 and 2 were better on genesis but 3 and ultimate were better on snes.. final fantasy 6 is not chrono trigger but its a solid rpg in its own right .....genesis didnt win the gen brah at best it tied
