Showed a lack of respect for the congregation. To a point they said you cant be with them if you dont read dianetics? A book the author admittedly made up in his imagination for profit. I mean i could see if they said the Quran because its a nation of islam but um Dianetics? How can you be in a nation of islam thats forced to read dianetics to be included.

When I read about Farrakhan talking about the nation adopting that shyt, I thought it was from those joke, satire websites like The Onion. I couldnt believe it. I still cant. A lot of our "leaders" been infiltrated and taking white money for years.

Well first I highly recommend reading message to the blackman. Also I'd be cautious of the people here who speak on the NOI, since a lot take information on face value. Not saying the NOI is holy or anything, but if you just go by what people say here you'd think they was against black people by 'supposedly' "killing" Malcolm.

Basic history of the NOI goes as follow. WD Fard or Master Fard Muhammad made himself known on july 4th 1930. He taught Elijah for 3 and a half years then disappeared. Elijah, the messenger of Allah(who the NOI says is Master Fard Muhammad) teach that the black man is god and the white man is devil. Elijah Muhammad after reading 104 books put together with WD Fard what is called the supreme wisdom which is where the teachings of NOI come from. Take note however that these were not made up, WD Fard asked Elijah questions and Elijah answered based on the 104 books he read. So this knowledge has always existed long before the NOI.

Again, that's just a very basic rundown, if you have more questions, I can try to answer them if I know, but I highly recommend buying message to the black man.

During this time, Malcolm X became essentially the face of the NOI. After a while, Malcolm became very hesitant to some of Elijah Muhammad's actions, including censoring him and preventing him from working with other key figures at the time. The final straw came when Malcolm learned Eljah was going around sticking his dikk in the young NOI female staff (while married). The famous picture of Malcolm holding a rifle was actually his fear of the FOI, as they had ordered essentially a hit on him. You don't have to believe me, hear it from Malcolm himself about fearing for his life due to NOI threats:







Then we have various footage of Malcolm's family saying that the NOI/FOI killed him. You also have a speech from Farrakhan essentially bragging about killing him:

Yes, you are correct. Like most cults or organized crime syndicates, there is a heavy price to pay for betrayal. But Malcolm knew his death was coming. Look at the videos above. He went out like a man.

Tensions increased between Malcolm X and the Nation of Islam. As early as February 1964, a leader of Temple Number Seven ordered a member of the Fruit of Islam to wire explosives to Malcolm X's car. In September 1964, Ebony published a photograph of Malcolm X holding an M1 Carbine and peering out a window. The photo was intended to illustrate his determination to defend himself and his family against the death threats he was receiving.
