there is an argument there but there has definitely been instances where black people in positions of power
have discriminated against other races, and have lost discrimination lawsuits as well.
There are multiple definitions of racism, but if we go off of that, then every bodys racist still...what culture dominated more cultures in history? Whites, hence every culture is racists to them, the united kingdom via british are some of the smallest population of people on earth, yet the british empire is one of if not the strongest empire to date.
I think the problem is, alot of people get mixed up with prejudice and racist, if you dont understand either or, you can be headed for a rude awakening:

By that definition 99.9% of white people are absolutely racist. Even liberal whites are taught that black people have lower I.Q. in psychology class at leading institutions such as MIT.

That's the most vaguest curving of a definition. It becomes something you have to "prove". Cacs don't (publicly) admit to being racist or believing they're superior. And through that, suddenly they're not racist, because "that's the definition in the dictionary

All english dictionaries have the same definition of a word? Dictionaries aren't tablets set in stone. They're made under different companies and peoples. There's a shytload of them that come in many different accomodations. They get revised ALL the time. New words that have never existed get added. Language is not something in stone.
You're gonna have dictionaries that has what you posted.
And you're gonna have dictionaries that have 3 MORE of racism definitions to it.

That's a big part of my point. That's how I can justify black people are incapable of being racist because even the nicest white person is still quite possibly a racist. In America, people work to maintain white supremacy. That means that black people must be seen or actually be the lowest on the list. So there is no way that we can be racist. And most black people wouldn't be anyway.
