Don't know why you are avoiding the question like the plague and getting all defensive. It was pretty clear you do work for Primerica, I was just trying to confirm it. Since you're riding so hard for them, the least you can do is share your own experience honestly. Everyone else in this thread is doing so. I'm interested in how much you make per month through them, and how much of that money is through recruiting as opposed to actual sales.
Here's the problem with that setup. The money is being made through the recruitment process, not the sales you make. So you're an employee of the company but they are not actually investing any money in you. Instead, you're putting money into them. You're more of a customer than an employee.
A) The majority of people are not build to be the type of aggressive salesperson it would take to be successful at these companies. In spite of this, they will recruit damn near anyone and take their money.
B) In regards to the actual products they offer, they take no pride in them. How could they when they recruit damn near anyone to sell it? If the product was important, they would take steps to hire the best people for the job to represent them. Not everyone.
C) How many people are willing to con their friends and family to make a dime? Because that's who they want you to recruit. Everyone you know. And I'm calling it conning because as I said, most people are not the aggressive salesperson type it would take to be successful doing it. Are you taking this into account when you're going around recruiting your friends and family? That's not me. I could not go around selling people a dream knowing they probably won't be successful at it.
