The effects of the winter storm that pummeled much of the northeastern United States in recent days are now being felt in the world of professional wrestling. AEW's Daniel Garcia announced on Twitter that he will not be able to make it to tonight's "AEW Dynamite" taping in Broomfield, Colorado because he currently isn't able to travel outside of Buffalo. Buffalo, as well as most of western New York, has been buried by snowfall and extremely frigid temperatures in recent days. More than 30 people have died due to the weather, according to The Associated Press, while travel restrictions have been put in place — including military police monitoring the traffic over the weekend.

I just finished binge watching ECW. I sat on the bed for several minutes in silence as One Night Stand ended, pondering on how the company could've been had they managed to hang on through sheer luck in 2001. Rhyno as ECW champ, RVD seemed like he was going to feud with him for the belt. The company was full of talented guys like Corino, Tajiri, Jerry Lynn, Kid Kash, Nova and most likely were going to have ROH OGs there too. They were starting to get consistent ppvs and even managed to run the Hammerstein Ballroom three times. Had ECW survived life would be drastically different today.

Oddly enough, I been watching 98’-99’ ECW PPVs and shows just recently, and they were doing some good stuff. Watching RVD’s television title run is dope. I was never a regular watcher of ECW. Watching a lot of this stuff for the first time like
