i like both ganes but i'm gonna have to roll with fallout 3 because of the exploration. i bought new vegas for that and was super disappointed because the world was boring as shyt.

however the mission in new vegas> fallout 3

vault 11>>>>> anything in fallout 3

You played it on the PS3? That explains it then.

New Vegas was broken on every platform, but the PC community got around it in different ways. I got glitched about 5 hours in and did not have a save for a while. Game just didn't grab me like FO3 did, FO3 was EPIC and felt like you were all alone trying to save the world (until the end)

I actually think the story sucked in NV
Yeah I did play on ps3 and I agree on the story being more epic in fo3 but I don't think New Vegas story sucked, I just put the setting over story on these type of games

Surprisingly new Vegas never gliched on me much at all, no more than I was expecting it to, after playing morrowind ,oblivion, and fallout 3, I was well prepared to expect glitches lol

TBH I never even finished playing NV. FO 3 I spent too many hours on and I was thinking of playing it again until I lost it in hurricane sandy, even now I'm thinking of copping it again but this time the GOTY edition because I never played the DLC.

Maybe it's cause I grew up in DC and seeing places I know all fukked up had me like :mindblown:

But seriously, the way FO3 brought you up from birth, to leaving the vault, to finding your father at the end and what happened with that stuck with me more than the story of the Courier.

are nikkas seriously saying that NV is better than FO3? :wtf:

I think I spent 180 hours on F03 and about 20 hours tops on NV

shyt was a waste of time, the game was boring, the setting was wack, the side quests sucked

this too

the urban setting in FO3 was waaaay more interesting

if found myself bored to death at times and the VATS system seemed a bit off in NV

You are not alone. FO3 is just a better overall game up and down...notice how its the old loyal fallout heads who hold NV in higher regard than FO3 because its a "real fallout game"

Fallout 3 is a better game, easy.

Hardcore mode was the only thing that made NV interesting. The story was so boring.

:duck: mr house and caesar story>>>>> that water shyt and the flabby and sick brotherhood of steel :stylin:

People really going to act like Ulysses wasn't that dude along with Joshua Graham da gawd.

I did enjoy DC more than Nevada though withe subways and whatnot.
