are nikkas seriously saying that NV is better than FO3? :wtf:

I think I spent 180 hours on F03 and about 20 hours tops on NV

shyt was a waste of time, the game was boring, the setting was wack, the side quests sucked

I kinda agree with new Vegas being the better game, just liked the setting more

Guess its just a matter of which setting you like better.

And I bought both games at launch and I remember fo3 being just as glitchy,
Same with the last three elder scroll games, I don't see how that's an argument when comparing two glitchy games
You played it on the PS3? That explains it then.

New Vegas was broken on every platform, but the PC community got around it in different ways. I got glitched about 5 hours in and did not have a save for a while. Game just didn't grab me like FO3 did, FO3 was EPIC and felt like you were all alone trying to save the world (until the end)

I actually think the story sucked in NV

The only worse about NV was the bugs.
NV > FO3

Broken steel & point lookout were better than all of new vegas dlc

That damn casino dlc was so awful, honest hearts was pretty boring the rain was dope though
Old world blues and lonesome road were great but not better than broken steel or point lookout

the game was glitchy as hell too, you had to crawl through the last mission because of the bugs and freezing

New vegas was too linear, especially how you had to make a big ass U to get to new vegas, and i know i wasnt the only person disappointed when i finally got to new vegas. I remember thinking this is it :wtf: Compare that to the landscapes of Fallout 3, you really cant.

The ammo variations didnt make up for how overall barren new vegas was, whats the point of having all these guns with nothing to shoot at?

Then then soundtrack, lets not even go there, Threedog shytting on you on the radio, billie holiday, butcher pete >>>>>> johnny guitar

Fallout 3 was so much better than Vegas

Hate that you played them in that order, because your gonna be inclined to think vegas is better but it really aint

The biggest difference for me was that the free roam was so much better in 3 than NV. After I beat the main quest in FO3 I restarted and decided to just walk from 1 location to the next and start looting. You could turn on the game and not do a single quest and it was still fun.

New Vegas never made me want to find every location in the game. The desert was boring as fukk and it didn't seem like there were even half the locations FO3 had. The ruins of a city was a better atmosphere than the outskirts of Vegas. I actually liked exploring the subways and coming above ground in a completely new spot. Plus the things you had to do to get rare weapons and armor always had some kind of story behind it in FO3.

My biggest regret is never doing the DLC for FO3, I was worn out from playing it for so many hours...
