If Biggie was alive in an era where everyone had cell phones with cameras and social media they would likely have many pictures together.
You do know social media as we know it has been around since the late 80s right? The Internet and social networks are not a new thing. What do they teach you in school lol. Computers weren't even that expensive in the early 90s it's just that they weren't as popular then but it did exist and millions of people were using it. Only old people talk like that.
Maybe it was different for Americans, but in the UK PC's were about £1000. My family had one made by Compaq. Computers weren't for the rich or "geeks" in the 90s. What you are thinking of is the early 80s when this was the case. Every electronic commodity gradually becomes affordable when the technology becomes easier to manufacture and the target audience widens then prices lowered to appeal to a more general mid-consumer level by the early 90s. If you couldn't afford a computer it didn't mean it was reserved for the rich it meant your family simply couldn't afford one or had no use for it. But the Internet in the UK was a big deal and every school encouraged families to buy one like mine did and I went to a public school.only the rich kids had computers in the 90's. they were expensive
no child in canarsie, (for example) had a computer unless they were white. or rich.
shyt, i had to go become friends with a person just to get on aol
schools had computers but no child in the 5 boroughs was on them unless they were a geek
computers and social media did not exist in the 5 boroughs for most
you were lukky to have a pager in 1994
