Ruthless having more longevity is questionable...

Yeah, it was IN EXISTENCE for a long ass time, but shyt was pretty much resting on Bone's shoulders by the time they came out. Because they had a roster full of failing acts. Blood of Abraham, Atban Klann (aka Black Eyed Peas), Kid Frost, HWA, and all types of muhfukkas that were moving little to nothing. Above the Law still had some quality shyt here and there, and even MC Ren had kinda drifted into mediocrity. So by quantity and being in existence, sure Ruthless was still in the game. But it didn't have that kinda run like Death Row had. For a solid four/five years, anything with that Death Row name attached was certified... Ruthless had that between that '88-'91 time block (and even then, there was shyt like Tairrie B that wasn't poppin')... but then it became a flop factory for anything outside of Eazy and then BTNH (one group in a long line of artists who were bricking). Death Row's biggest problem (outside of the fukkery) was that they didnt always capitalize. There's no way Rage should've been on the shelf and being pushed back constantly after Afro Puffs blew, or for that matter even tha Dogg Pound shyt took waaaay long to drop.

MC Ren kinda went into Mediocrity :comeon:, how he fall off when his last album was Shock of The Hour. Ren gave us a classic EP Kizz My Black AZZ and The an Classic Album that have one side for Gangstas and One side for The Gawds :ohlawd:

Kizz My Black Azz went Platinum and Shock of The Hour went Gold

Actually, Shock wasn't his last album. He had one in '96 (Da Villain in Black) and one in '98 (Ruthless 4 Life) with some video where he was diggin' up Eazy's grave or some shyt... blah. You'd have known that if you were a fan... but who are we kiddin'.

All these bandwagon Ren fans comin' out the woodwork are hilarious.

:stopitslime: Nice try but Eazy E Is Ruthless and Ruthless is Eazy E, I don't count nothing after the Death of Eazy E, just like when it Comes to Death Row I don't fukk with Tha Row era, Tomica Wright era gets the *

Look here homie I was alive as a youngster when NWA & The Posse dropped have all the groups albums and Solos, you can't tell me shyt about NWA my favorite hip hop and the greatest hip hop group of all times....

nikkas counting the Tomica Wright era:mjlol::mjlol::russ::lolbron::pachaha:

:yeshrug:But hey what do I know

Oh yeah Da Villian was originally scrapped because Ren was full time deep in NOI that's why the 2nd half of Shock of The Hour was NOI inspired, but after Eazy Death Tomica needed more albums and released the album that took 3 years to make

Breh... you said 'how Ren fall off when his LAST ALBUM was Shock of the Hour'

And he had two whole albums with singles and videos after that... fukk who ran the label, they came out and were in stores... and nobody gave a shyt. That happened.
