Optimistic But I Got Hands Tho
Even with lack of offense Cauley-Stein is a legit 7 footer who can basically guard the floor and will rebound on both ends.

Yall already had that in Chandler. :pachaha:

I don't like big men with zero offensive game. Especially when they can't hit free throws. WCS shouldn't be taken in the top 10 IMO. He will because of the available talent.

I don't like Russell + Melo together. Mudiay is a better fit for the Knicks.

We were in the 6th to 9th range most of last year. Majority of laker fans wanted us to move up to the 1st to 4th range to have a better shot at landing Embiid, Wiggins or Parker. And you were against tanking. For some odd reason you wanted us to win meaningless game. So that we could end up in the bottom half of the draft lottery. It made no sense and it still doesn't.
I was never on the "winning meaningless game" steeze so we can draft at the bottom of the lottery. We got on the topic because some were saying Bean should not come back and just sit the whole season. I kept saying if he was healthy he's not just gonna sit the whole season for the tank. Once he was hurt again and out for the season, we weren't going anywhere. We were going to lose whether fans wanted an outright tank effort or not. Plus I kept saying with a bunch of players with short term deals, no way will they purposely suck for the organization, they're trying to earn a new contract somewhere. You were fretting over every game we won like it was a playoff game.

You were rooting for wins even though it was in our best interest to lose as many games as possible. And you're damn right I was fretting after every win. Every win got us further away from landing a top 3 pick. We ended up with Randle but none of us know what kind of player he is going to be. Laker fans being high on him means nothing to me. Laker fans were high on Devin Ebanks and Derrick Caracter and look how they turned out.

Chandler was great for the Knicks.

You were fretting over wanting fukking Exum, whom I shytted on from the beginning as a possibility. We don't know what Randle will be exactly, but I'm happy with him over Exum, who you wanted so bad.

And I wasn't rooting for wins, the shyt didn't matter. You fretting over being 4th as opposed to 6th as we were meant absolutely nothing at the end of the day, which was my point from day one.

Knicks could easily have a competitive team if they don't go chasing gasol or Aldridge. Brandon knight makes would make sense for them, draft a big and go from there

I feel like the Knick fan base would be devastated to tank all year just to get WCS.

Who are the top 5 you would want if lets say they fell to #4?

Wouldn't you want your top 5 pick to be on the floor to end games breh?

We're in the midst of messing up the tank. Anything outside of the second pick would be a disappointment.

Just saying if that were to happen, Cauley Steins the better long term prospect than Russell.
