"Tank for Tua" was the mantra across football for an entire year
He's been mid as fukk at best since being in the league. With that dynamic people are going tend to focus on his negatives. He basically was supposed to be a franchise changing type QB for Miami and right now it's looking like he might actually be a detriment to the team reaching it's full potential. It's early in his career but in the current NFL no one gives a fukk about giving dudes 3-4 yrs to reach full potential, you need to show signs early

The future is here. The offense looked way better when Fitz was in, and it would probably look way better with Herbert. Tua is a top 5 pick and in 2021 these dudes are supposed to flash greatness. He hasn’t shown anything that suggests he’d be any better than like the 11th or 12th best QB in the league even at his height.
Maybe I could be wrong in the future, but right now I’m not

i read that the OC basically ran two different offences. One for fits, one for tua. And yes a 15 year vet who already knows an offence intimately will look better than an injured rookie.
people need some perspective. Evaluate the kid fairly.

They have the same career accolades to this point. But I get it, Staley holding Herbo back. That's what I'm saying. Defend your guy but #10 is chasing the greats. He ain't concerned with his young peers cause he doesn't have any.
You saw the future. He's getting the Josh Rosen treatment and I just don't know why. Something is going on. Whether it's true teammates don't respect him, the org wants to trade him...whatever it is, something strange is happening and the only other time we've seen this happen so quickly was Josh Rosen. In Rosen's case the story was he was too smart, didn't love football enough, too many weird outside interests (you know, like reading books). In Tua's case, is it his religion? It has to be something. Regardless breh isn't being treated right.

May be getting a little louder here shortlySure is quiet in here....Feels good to be validated. All kid needed was some weapons a real coach. Flores tried to sabotage him
