Also has great weapons. Hebert is a beast but no one talks about the talent around him. Tua simply doesn’t have that. Hebert still the better QB but would give Tua more time.

dude, fits is comfortable in that offense he has played in it for years. There’s a reason he and gailey have been together on several teams. You can’t discount that.

It will be easier to evaluate thus this year.

folk give up too early in players and act like they all have the same situations.

He was. But he turned his career around largely because he played within himself. He got many chances. Right attitude, smart, athletic and efficient. 1st overall pick talent? No.

Tua to me is a better prospect but his injury has always worried me.

What I have a problem with is folk looking at Herbert like “you shoulda picked him”. Maybe, but this isn’t a deshaun situation where everyone knew he was a beast and being picked behind trubisky was retarded.

cats wanna act like Herbert was 1st overall talent coming into this. His play has been surprising. Growing pains will follow.

Yall so hard on this kid man.

He has the will of a champion. I'll give him that. I hope he balls.

people need some perspective. Evaluate the kid fairly.

I could slap the shyt out of each and every one of you detractors. The talent was always there.

He's only had 10 starts, with 9 of those being with Chan Gailey as his OC. Who thinks its a smart idea to have chan as a OC in 2020 isn't the brightest tool in the drawer.
Has no running game and didn't have a number one wr last year either.
Yeah he struggled but what rookie doesn't he shown flashes.
Dolphin fans acting like Ray Lucas aint one if their top 5 QBs in franchise history.

What really happened is Flores had the defense looking better than what people thought and he was coaching them to some wins, so all of a sudden it went from a "rebuild" to a "we need to make the playoffs" and folks took it out on Tua who had his work cut out for him with the lack of talent on that offense and old ass offensive coaching.
This is what it was since the beginning of Tua’s career. :wow:

Tua got the talent and surpassed Herbert.
