It's Norfolk, this happens all the time if you've been out and about near base. N*ggas love fighting but we do so fairly. Ain't not setups out here. if I were a civilian saying that then yes I'd probably be setting you up. If anything we are mostly worried about you guys reporting us to our chain of command after the fight (which has happened).
