Lets face it, as of now, Amazon Prime Video is trash

The only reason its worth having is if you want free two day shipping, Amazon Music streaming (which is also trash), and the unlimited photo storage which cant store RAW files (so its also trash). You also get Amazon Underground for app (most of the offerings...you guessed it... trash).

Im prolly not gonna get rid of it because even though the services are trash, its A LOT OF SERVICES. Plus I got thier devices so Im invested at this point.

As far as Amazon video:

- I think Im generous when I say only about 1 in 15 offerings are even worth watching.

- They waste mad money on bullshyt.
They spent 250 million to bring back Top Gear. People are putting out shows like Top Gear for a tiny tiny fraction of that budget on youtube.
Look at the shows they have.

The only good ones were Mad Dogs and Betas... and ofcourse these were the ones they ended.

Their movies that they bought look wack too. I didnt enjoy Chiraq that much (and Im a Spike Lee fan) and I'll probably check out Weiner Dog (because Todd Solondz is that nikka) and the Salesman.


- Their lack of diversity is pathetic. Its like they funded the Spike Lee just so they could say "hey our first movie was Chiraq so dont come here with that lack of diversity BS..."

Plus Top Gear was straight up one of theach most watched TV shows in the world, and the new Top Gear on BBC was a massive flop.

Their new show, The Grand Tour, will be a huge seller for Amazon.

Thats true. It was the biggest show in the world but I think that mightve just had to do with how ubiquitous the BBC is in the English speaking world. I'll give it a try when it come on, we'll see.

I have it as well, and rarely fukk with it because the interface isn't intuitive like netflix. the lack of content is another problem, but I have a hard time even browsing the selection the way I want.

I like 2 day shipping. I was pleasantly surprised when Amazon had their private courier ship something to me on Sunday for free. Those unionized fakkit couriers would never think of doing that.
