I usually use a sponge of the type posted in the first image, and after that I give myself a once over with the pumice stone. Y'all not ready.

I don't see how people can get clean using shower gel...the shower gel brands i have used still left grit on my skin. I always have to scrub super hard to get that dirt off after a summer day here in atl .

Rag and soap. U can see the filth come off u with a white rag.

Doesn't that dry your skin out?

I use loofa and bathsoap or bodywash depending on what I have in stock at the time. Whenever I run out of Bodywash, I have this big stock of costco soap that I bought two years ago that I use sometimes though its not the best from my skin since I'm prone to dryness.

link, there are many out there i'm looking for a quality one, Oh and have you guys heard about dry brushing and its benefits

I just buy them from kmart, alot of the fancy store brand ones aka body shop, are too soft
And I do dry brushing also
