Bernie would have had a lead if he won super Tuesday 1. Not a comfortable one but still would have had a better path to nomination. Moderates were going to drop but the day before super tuesday was coordinated and unfortunate for Bernie the progressive left isnt as coalescing as the moderates (example Yang, Seyer, Warren).this isn't an argument, it's some super perfect case scenario/hypothetical for Bernie. Any political strategist who steered a campaign with that strategy would deserve to be unemployed. Moderates were always going to drop, and that consolidated vote was always going to be bigger than Liz's portion of the progressive vote when she dropped.
