-Cena winning the title
-Orton winning the Rumble
-WWE Championship hot potato (seriously, if they were going to do Orton/Wyatt as their main event, have Orton win the title and Wyatt win the Rumble, and try to include Luke Harper)
-Screwed up WrestleMania booking (tried to take a simple layup and turn it into an over the shoulder half-court shot for no reason)
-The terrible WWE Championship match at 'Mania
-Superstar Shakeup
-Mauro leaving the commentary booth
-Jinder literally going from a jobber who got taken out by Gronk at the WrestleMania preshow to the WWE Champion in just a couple weeks, with almost no build or momentum before he became number one contender
-Putting Talking Smack after pay-per-views only, eventually leading to its painful death

All those things led to what SmackDown is now. The sad thing is when the brand split started, it was my first time watching the show in three years. It actually was a must-see show that was worth tuning into. Fast forward a year later, I don't even care to watch the highlights. Six months from now, there's a strong chance of the show being as uninteresting as it was before the brand split.
