SD Live struggles?!
All the smark/neckbeard faves are featured every week in the main event, plus, they tried something diff n put the world title on Jinder Mahal, plus Vince's fave is in the midcard.

Vince continuously sabotaging one of his own programs so it doesn't outdo the other is insanely retarded to me when he owns both. It proves the whole Vince loves competition thing is bullshyt when you consider that and the fact they've routinely pissed on WCW's grave for 15 + years
Good thread. I've been saying a lot of this for months, but Smackdown fan boys just quote my posts telling me how much RAW sucks instead. The bad booking/creative on Smackdown has just been more blatantly obvious without AJ Styles in the main event scene taking up ~30+ minutes of the 2 hour show.

I said this in the Battleground thread, but Vince is not sabotaging Smackdown to hype Raw. Raw isn't any better. It only has more momentum because the champ actually decided to show up. Once he disappears again after Summer Slam, Pi'
is going right back to dumpster fire status.
Any problem mentioned in this thread also applies to Raw. While Braun vs Roman has been entertaining, it can't last forever (and it's gone on too long as is). What are the other hot feuds on Raw right now? Enzo vs Cass? Finn vs The Drifter?

The only reason people are going with this "Vince is sabotaging smackdown" narrative is because people wanted to believe that Smackdown existed in some pocket universe where Vince had no input on it, but now that the show is in an (over blown) creative slump, they're realizing that's not true.

You actually have a great point. Everything bad started with his royal Rymble win. We were just coming off of a MOTY candidate with Cena/Styles earlier in the night, so SD was in awesome shape moments before the match.

he carried the show his first year and they neutered him. Put him on the back burner to push Orton/Wyatt/Mahal
the show lived and died with AJ, and will only be resurrected once they realize he's their best hand and build the show around him again. The Jinder troll is a fun message board pastime but it's clear the fans don't give a shyt about it. It's not even him, it's the Orton feud. it's gone on too long.
