How is he underrated? No one questions how dangerous he was on the baseline, as seen by numerous reverse windmills. Everyone knows of his behind the back 270 against Denver. He's certainly one of the greatest in-game dunkers.

And the OP doesn't have a point, because he said Kobe's the greatest in-game dunker of all time. If there's any all-time basketball list that has minimal subjectivity, it's that Vince is the best dunker of all time - in-game, in-competition, you name it. There's essentially no disputing this.

He's underrated because in spite of his terrific dunks people don't really speak on Kobe when it comes to best in game Dunkers. So the OP does have a point, you and others just don't agree with it. Also, there is a dispute, some feel it's Nique, some feel its Kobe, Dr. J, Kemp, Griffin, Jordan and even a young Stat, so your opinion isn't the end all be all. I know this because I discuss basketball outside the Coli, where opinions vary. Now if you believe Vince is, then great, don't dispute it.

OP has a point, Kobe is a very underrated dunker. Very.

Many people are underrated but Kobe isn't one of them.

If anything i'd say D-Wade had but in some work when it comes to in-game dunks but you never hear people calling for him to go to competition because he's short (6'3, 6'4) and isn't acrobatic like the others

Vince could Jump Higher probably, and as OP stated was a better Choreograph dunker(his Dunk contest dunks were the best ever)
