This is a tough issue.....Every year you'll see kids committing suicide, or other troubling behavior over alleged 'bullying'. Intimidating, harassing the helpless and weaker is some coward shyt, but mostly everyone in here has been teased, or 'bullied' at some level, no matter how tenuous or brief....I've never been 'bullied', in the traditional sense, where I dreaded going to school, or having to kick up lunch money or some shyt, but I remember being teased here or there by some fukk, and a group of older kids on the block who would bother my friend and I when we walked by, no big deal, just teenagers bothering some12 year olds.
And I remember teasing and bullying kids too, here and there, I wasn't some menace... I threw dirt in some kids face, in the neighborhood when we were like in 4th grade, there was 3-4 of us making fun of him, talking shyt, and I just threw a handful of dirt in this kids face, right in his eyes, and he started crying and ran home...Had to say it was an accident later, when he came down with his mom. But, the way I came up, we all talked shyt to each other, all my friends, all their family, we clowned everyone and everything, and I have a quick temper, and was quick to hit someone, or throw a basketball at them, basically standing up for myself. Not everyone is like that, and it's easy to emphasize with kids who are bullied, because we can all remember what it felt like at that age. I don't think kids are crueler or anything now, then they were when I was a kid, or 50 years ago. It's an interesting topic, I can't say whether it's 'real' issue, or just some shyt everyone has to go through.
