Career accomplishment wise
Kobe>Wade
Kobe has the rings, more mvps, all defensive nods
, all nba selections, more "elite" years.
Career numbers wise:
25ppg 6a 5rb 2blks 1stl on 48% is slightly> than
25ppg 4a 5rb 1.5stl and .5blks on 45%
In game effect:
could really go either way depending on what you value but kobes a great shooter, greatest 1on1 player ever
, prettty good in the post, and a great finisher. Still, somehow dude struggles to hit 45% with pretty much every tool throughout his career, and hes not the most willing passer. His defense has been elite in the past but its been overrated in the latter part of his career.
Wades midrange game was jordan-like for 3 or 4 seasons tops but below average for the rest. Hes just as good a finisher, but no where near the range and confidence of kobe yet hes always right around 50 percent on less, more efficient shots.
Wade has always been a more willing passer and his defense over the years has been a lot closer to kobes than those "all defensive team" snubs/nods indicate. His injuries and lack of effort over the past few years are his biggest issues
oh and before anyone says it:
no objective fan uses the excuse of kobe coming out of highschool and riding the bench for his "lower" career averages.
He shouldnt have forced a trade to LA as a rookie. Coudlve got his numbers with the hornets and been the man out the gate. But then again, prime shaq wouldn't have been able to lead him to 3 rings and hed be a healthier, more dedicated tmac with 1 or 2 rings total
...
no wait....
hed be Wade
