Yes, it was Rock & Foley, but I feel like a segment like this worked better for them back then because they were a reluctant face tag team. Also, both characters were awesome on a live mic. You had Foley's presentation and Rock's great rebuttals to feed off of.

Feels like things like this also work better with aligning characters like "The Festival of Friendship."

A heel doing it to a face just comes across as tasate less, than especially on a PG show. If it'd been Bayley doing it to Alexa, they'd probably been able to write a better segment, but when your babyface's mic skills are weak, you're a bit limited.
