Was at a birthday invite with some ex-coworkers. I went up to the bar by myself to get a drink and do some talent scouting. Saw this girl walk up and stand right next to me at the bar, so I said hello and started some small talk while waiting to order a drink. Eventually I asked if she wanted a drink since she had been apparently flirting with me, so I ordered two vodkas and cranberry. As I was paying for the drinks, I saw her turn over to another guy and it looked like she was signaling him that the mission had been a success. Paid for the two drinks while her back was turned, double fisted the drinks and walked over to my group of friends and never talked to her again.
Break up for what? 
He should be more upset she didn't get the guy to get him a drink he wanted before he arrived.
If your woman is decent looking men are always going to do this with your woman when you are NOT there. Women will not say no because they HATE paying for shyt.

Now if she took his number or social media?
Then yeah she should be tossed. But from the info it doesn't sound like this happened.

Attractive people get free drinks/food purchased for them all the time. I've had my entire meal paid for while I was out eating solo at a bar. Ole girl only got a head nod as acknowledgement. I've had drinks purchased for me numerous times. My girl never gets insecure about it and she knows she can accept free shyt too.
