I'm rewatching the Wire now....I really think a Bubbles spinoff would work very well.

I know they shopped a spinnoff follwing Carcetti's political rise beyond Baltimore, but HBO declined. I would've liked to see that, but it worked out for the best, cuz now he's killing it as Littlefinger da Gawd

That's what I mean, there was so many options for a wire tap, those crooked contractors, Clay Davis, Levy, all those people that were responsible Stringer jerking stringer out of his money, Namond would be in college, maybe even a cadet on the police force.


...so many more serious social issues, than privileged below average looking white girls coming of age in gentrified Brooklyn.

they did better with structure of the story for the second season but it came at the expense of some small stuff i liked about the first season.

the last episode of season 2 did feel like a finale.
it wasn't a show that was going to last long but i would liked to have seen how they went from there.
