If you work out 3x a week and your nutrition/supps is on point, you may be able to do 5 lbs by March + bloat. You will really like how your shape changes. Youtube those exercises. If you have a naturally flat butt, it wont become a donk, but you can give it a little more shape by then.

I dont know about 3 months but squats can def make a difference

I did this workout Sunday

3x8 Bulgarian split squats
3x10 leg press
3x10 stiff leg deadlifts
3x10 quad extensions
3x8-9 hamstring curls
3x12 calf raises

Mind you it has been like a month since my last leg workout... but this was Sunday... its Wednesday, my pants fit tighter and my legs are still damn sore :damn:

I think the biggest factor was those damn squats

But you will see much faster results if you hit a gym and do a comprehensive workout

You do that workout I just mentioned 2x a week.... :shaq:

I remember doing hamstring curls and calf raises while training for hurdles, I'll be good to go :myman:

Background: Okay, I'm about 5'7 and currently at 120. I'm attempting to gain 10 more pounds. There's no need for me to go to the gym so I don't go.

Question: What are some leg exercises I can do at home (or at the gym if I have to) and bum ones as well. I want nice legs for Cuba :sadcam: ...theyre too skinny (personally for me)

Suggestions, tips, anything. Help
