I've seen information that suggests that ice baths and cryotherapy don't really do much of anything.

Maybe it's helpful but I'm inclined to think it's highly overrated.

Getting enough sleep is highly underrated and this has way more evidence to support it.

I thought pasta was bad?
Not necessarily

The problem with America's propaganda machine is how it corrupts information and nuance. Everything is either a magic solution or a death road. Fitness/health industry has this problem real bad

This has made carbs the devil, but carbs are what you do with them. If you sit in a chair for 8 hours a day and never exercise yes pasta is terrible :mjlol: If you're an elite athlete with muscle to maintain a dense carb like pasta is great. Food is fuel breh

I always use prisoners as the example. Nikkas in prison eat horribly but why do they look like superheroes? Nikkas eating burritos made out of Cheetos, unhealthy ass GMO honey buns and cans of tuna but looking like Captain America:mjlol: again, a terrible diet for the sedentary man, but the perfect fuel for 500 burpees. Fat on our bodies is just energy we didnt use

I don't know shyt about cryotherapy but ice baths are:wow:

Ice baths are great for recovering the muscles and they induce thermogenesis. It turns white fat into brown fat(brown is the fat that burns), and the brown fat is readily available for use in activity and energy expenditure

I think anyone that's taken cold showers or ice baths can testify to increased energy levels throughout the day. That's thermogenesis at work. The cold basic turns your body into a furnace and has you sharp and on alert

Starts with mentioning he cuts out sugar proceeds to list pasta (glucose), pancakes (glucose), berries (fructose). Its virtually impossible to cut sugar if you eat wholegrain, carbs or fruits. The idea is to avoid processed or added sugars.

YEA IM PRETTY SURE HE
MEANT ADDED SUGARS

"He prefers natural sugars and foods as much as possible"
