Thankfully it's slowed down massively since then, but I keep the beard and hair relatively short to keep the grey patches from popping up. I'm not ready for that salt and pepper life yet.

Nah man, grey increases BIG time when stress elevates. My wife and I both picked up our first greys after taking in our foster daughter. It's why presidents always look so much older after 4 years.
