Why do you nikkas act like kobe didn't put up superstar numbers during two of those 3 rings and averaged 30 during that 16-0 run through playoffs? I can give you 2000, but hey, players flash their rings, why not? Gary Payton shows his ring and he averaged all of 6 points in 2006.
Kenny Rodgers even showed his 2 rings. In fact, ironically, when Shaq was arguing about lebron with Charles barkley, he said Charles knows nothing about going back to back but he (Shaq) and Kenny does.

i dont watch a lot of east games, are the teams truly built that shytty or is bron just that much of a factor? it seems like a lot of the other teams are pretty equal but bron is just a huge pendulum for whatever team he's on.

When he sat at the end of the first quarter last night, the Pacers scored 14 points in 2 minutes, a 48 minute pace scoring of 336 points.

He's basically everything for this team, much the same way it was in the mid-2000s.

This. The Cavs are absolutely terrible without LeBron on the floor. No defense, no youth, no big men, Kyrie and Love do not play winning basketball etc.

Last year took 50 different things for them to win, and they've added nothing but old vets and GS added a top 5 player to replace a bum. Warriors are gonna murder them in the Finals. I hate GS but they're winning in 5 or 6. Hope to be proved wrong though.

It's been this way for a while. LeBron has really only had 2 teams (the 2011-12 and 2012-13 heat) he's played on where he could sit more than 2-3 minutes without the team falling apart. Even the 2010-11 and 2013-14 heat weren't this hopelessly dependent on him and could hold a lead or get stops if he sat for a few minutes.
