This might be my favorite Bron no-look because seriously, how the fukk did he know that would be there?

You have to slow it down to see what happened...he one-touched a no-look bounce pass through a defender's legs with serious spin on the ball....and did all that on a broken play with at most half a second to plan what he was going to do and all the defenders still moving.

This is my other favorite no-look Bron passes because it's the only "Jump, pump-fake, spin, switch to the left hand, then throw a no-look pass backwards over your shoulder all the way across the court while falling and hit the guy perfectly in the numbers" pass I've ever seen. You have to slow it down to see how crazy it is. Who the hell practices that? How do you know how much force to put on a left-handed over-the-shoulder spinning-in-the-air pass that far across the court?

Here's another good one.

Court awareness is just sick here because look at how much changes between the last time he looks and when he actually makes the pass

This is the most posted Bron no-look just cause it's so damn artistic. It's like he knew everyone was gonna bite on that shyt so he added a little style.

Very different one:

Doing this shyt at game speed is wild to me

Does anyone else do this? Note the triple-team too.

This one was just mean.

This video goes over 3 minutes deep with no-look passes before even getting to any of the ones I posted above. And the crazy shyt is the variety - he has literally every single pass in his arsenal.

To be fair Moses was drafted in '74 abd played until '95...

I doubt Magic was playing 10 more years. He was already post-peak so he was on the come down. It would have been a graceful decline though, realistically he could have played all the way thru to '96 or '97...
Moses also fell off a cliff after the 89/90 season. But he also was a big man which favors longevity, 6 of the Top 10 in games played are bigs and then Bron who was the statute of a big.

96/97 is more realistic but if Magic got hurt or had a considerable drop I can't see him just floating around. How hard he declined would've depended on how reliable of a shooter he could've transitioned to.

Moses was also drafted as a high schooler, Magic was a sophomore.

I think Magic would have had sick longevity though, he wasn't a great shooter during his prime but as he slowed down he was developing that part of his game. And he strikes me as the kind of guy who would want to stick around even if he wasn't performing at a superstar level anymore. I think he would have played until 39.

Forgot this one and its one of my favorites. Find anyone in the league who has skipped a wraparound bounce pass this long to a moving target, and with spin on the ball too. He's literally out of bounds where he releases the ball.

Wild when you look at where Korver was when he makes the pass. Just pure reading of the situation, Korver isn't open yet and he's not even looking at him, but he knows that Korver can get open if he uses the pass to draw him into the right spot.

This pass is fukking stupid. Look at this screenshot and tell me what the fukk Bron sees here. There are 4 guys between him and Z and several of them are moving, where is the gap?

5BYb38Z.jpg

This one is so simple looking but I love it because if you play it in slow motion, you can see that LeBron makes the pass before Lonzo moves his leg to create the gap for the ball. Rather than giving a no-look pass, Bron purposely baits Lonzo by staring right at where Lonzo thinks he's gonna pass it, getting Lonzo to move his leg while the ball instead goes right into the slot where his leg just was and with the perfect spin to lead the cutter.

This is a very Magic-style pass, just nice cause the margin for error was so small and he yet again puts spin on the ball to lead perfectly:

For some reason this one makes a ton of highlight videos, I don't think it's quite as impressive but it's nice that he hits that window without having to look. And it's yet another angle of which Bron has all of them.

This is more of a Larry Bird-style pass, but he does it twice as far as Bird ever did, and with ridiculous accuracy and softness.

Nearly 10 minutes of Bron showing more:

Bro this dude is the fukking GOAT. There's way too much in his game that the arguments are more in quantity fir him than there are for Mike. I've deep dove into Mike's career a number of times, the only qualifier I give dudes, is that I didn't see Mike in real time...

Mike wasn't passing anywhere near this level. He didn't have anything close to the court vision Bron has. Bron's feel for the game, his ability to control the tempo, to dominate a game by not scoring the ball, Mike was not on that level...

To be honest I get insulted hearing cats who act like Bron is unbecoming of comparison to Bron, because honestly it feels like the reverse would have more stake---->to be clear I think the Bron/Mike comp is for the most part marginal, but it isn't set in stone because Bron is still playing...

There's just way too many more Legacy Points Bron has, and when you post these highlight reels, it's like, shyt I've seen fam's entire career and the highlights are still fukking amazing...

This dude the greatest player to touch a basketball. I'm not hearing that Michael Jordan shyt bruh šŸ¤£

Sometimes i wish Bron would just retire.

Not because of anything against him

I just can't wait till miserable NBA fans have to actually talk about someone else.

Gonna be different when he's gone.
I'm with you, I've been calling for his retirement the last year or two. It's time, man. I want him to get this last ring bit if he doesn't get it I'm cool with him retiring any time. It's time...

As I've stated in the past, I didn't need to see shyt else after the 2016 Finals. That capped off a 13-year career, everything that was on the board by then solidified it for me. Everything since has been building a larger gap between him and everyone else who ever played as far as I'm concerned...

So I want him to win a final chip but I don't need it, he been the GOAT to me. I'm ready for him to go whether he gets it or not, but to your point, it's gonna be different when he walks off the floor for the final time. The NBA gonna be different...

So passing on the break now is easier than in Half court.

:russ: go back to the lab and keep :cook: your stanning is weak.

Of course throwing fancier passes is easier on the break. And you claim to have played basketball? :dahell:

I used to throw behind-the-back passes on fast breaks all the time. Almost never did that shyt in the halfcourt. When you're on the fastbreak the court is open, there are only 1-2 other players on each side to worry about, defenders aren't set, and everyone is moving downhill so their continued direction is easier to predict. When you're in the halfcourt the court is far more congested, players can react and change direction much faster because they're not all running one way already, and defenders are set and ready to react to whatever you do.

Did you seriously not wonder why 80% of Magic's highlight passes were on the fast break? Why trick passes from players like Jason Williams were almost always on the fast break? Why players like Rondo and Westbrook throw the cleanest stuff on the fast break and either look much more elementary or turn the ball over a lot more in the halfcourt?

Even Bron's great passes were at least 50% on the fastbreak, despite the fact that only about 10-15% of his plays are fastbreaks. Why do you think that every player shows so much more trickery on the break if you think passing on the break is harder?

Why are Bron haters so aggressive? :what:

Thread is about a Bron pass, and it took 2 replies for someone to say, "Nah, Magic was three levels above him." Bron fans respond by posting dozens of videos of Bron passing, breakdowns of the ins and outs of basketball, etc. Bron haters respond by posting:

Why do some of y'all waste so much of your life on....that? I understand loving to talk about basketball. I don't understand turning every basketball discussion into a personal soap opera about people you've never met.

Absolutely bizarre. Just a regular basketball thread, everyone was just talking bball, but you act all aggressive like this... why? What are you missing in life that this behavior solves?

Don't want to talk basketball. Don't want to post clips justifying your take. Just a dozen messages attacking the personal life of someone who only exists in your head.

And no need to be aggressively ignorant while you're hating, breh. You seem to be unfamiliar with the concept of "time zones", or realize not everyone is exactly where you are right now.
