Why not? If you topple Bron you topple the NBA. It has nothing to do with whether the league likes him as much as Jordan, and everything to do with self preservation. Look at baseball. A lot of things have killed public interest in that sport but steroids were a major factor.
I'm not saying I believe Bron cheated or took PEDs btw. I don't. But I'm saying IF he did, the league would do everything in its power to protect him.
