The DEA stated there's no evidence linking LeBron to PEDs. That
doesn't mean LeBron never took PEDs. And I'm not saying he did, but you're conflating two different things.
Time reveals all truths. We shall see. But you have to be phukin naive to think that professional sports, with hundreds of millions of dollar on the line, isn't rife with PEDs. Either naive or a phukin idiot.
Absence of evidence isn't evidence of absence. For example:
- LeBron comes back to Cleveland and his skills look clearly diminished and he seems like he lost weight (coinciding with the PED testing the NBA had just implemented)
- LeBron takes a mid-season break to go to Miami, supposedly to train (as if he doesn't have access to gyms in Cleveland).
- LeBron comes back and all of a sudden his has his spring back in his step and is performing back to his usual standard
- The tumor on his jaw that he needed surgery for in 2009 - HGH has been known to cause unusual growths and tumors
- Now it's revealed that in 2013 someone from LeBron's inner circle, someone who is described as LeBron's day to day partner, someone he's spends more time with than Rich Paul, is purchasing substances from someone affiliated with Biogenesis. This isn't an acquaintance of LeBron but someone very close to him. But you gonna sit here and believe he was purchasing it for himself, for weight loss?
I'm not in awe of LeBron being able to maintain his basketball skills into his late 30s, because to me it's believable because he's so damn skilled. However, what did surprise me is his being able to maintain his jumping ability and speed in his late 30s, anyone with even a basic understanding biology knows that is not normal.
I think it's fair to wonder if he ever took PEDs and for anyone to outright dismiss because they need a court of law to tell them what their eyes see is crazy. And broadly speaking, a significant amount of athletes in professional sports are in fact taking performance enhancing drugs and I'm not mad at it, it doesn't take away my enjoyment of a sport. But you Bron fanboys are too bias to have an open mind about this subject.
