But there is a comparison between Jordan and LeBron in this and it's that they both hadn't won championships yet when they were struggling against the Pistons and Mavs respectively. How can you hold that against him when he was still learning how to win at the highest level. I can see if you choked vs GSW this year.
And again I believe that MJ is GOAT no doubt and LeBron will not pass him. But his motivation is to chase that greatness that MJ achieved. It's nothing wrong with him having that motivation.

Do ya'll let anything go? I mean it's not like he has won 3 Chips since then and the lastest taking out the team many thought was the GOAT team, who had the best regular season EVER and were up 3-1 until LeBron and Kyrie willed their team to victory.
I mean why not bring up Jordan's struggles vs the Pistons in the late 80's if you are always gonna bring up LeBron in 2011?
Jordan never had a 2011 moment in the finals and that's all that matters. 2011 is going to be a blemish on lebrons resume forever just like this current upset will haunt steph curry and the Warriors regardless of how many rings they win with Durant. Finals losses are more damaging then playoff loses. Jordan made 6 finals and won all 6.

So do people bring up Tim Duncan missing that layup in Game 7 vs Shane Battier?
People gonna bring up Steph Curry getting thoroughly outplayed by Kyrie in the 2016 Finals and LeBron physically intimidating him into making stupid decisions and totally being off his game for the better part of 7 games?
Or are you only gonna do this with LeBron because you know he is in a rare air where one day it may not be a 100% certainty that MJ is better than him?

They are all blemishes. spurs fans still talk about how they wished they won in 2013 even though they beat the heat the next year. 2011 was not only a choke job, but the decision and negative energy following lebron during his first season with Miami is what made the Dallas ether so much more potent.
This is all I ask for. Don't just point out LeBron's low points, point them out for everyone.

2011 is always going to be a blemishes. Nobody said he was a complete failure. We said simply he's not Jordan and never will be because of those blemishes. Kobe won 2 after shaq but that doesn't stop Nikkas from bringing up shaq. Timmy won 5 and 3 fmvps that doesn't stop Nikkas from clowning him about the lakers beating the dog shyt out of them. Curry wiled his team to 73-9 and won't stop Nikkas from shytting on him for choking. Lebron 3 rings after 2011 doesn't mean he's Jordan.
I'm on board with the LeBron isn't Jordan but just becuz he's not doesn't mean he has to be disrespected or have his failures highlighted endlessly. How about giving props to an MJ like willing of his team to victory in the 2016 Finals. I mean didn't Phil say LeBron needed to channel his inner Michael Jordan? Is that not what he did in Games 5,6 and 7?
