I was about to go off on the "more well rounded scorer" thing, but @JKFrazier pretty much said exactly what I was going to say. Lebron is heavily dependent on muscle, a lot of the things he does from a scoring standpoint is based on him being bigger, faster, stronger. Kobe has more ways to score, posting up, off the dribble, mid-range, from 3 and he's better doing it in most of those areas.

Let this one sit in... Chris Bosh + Wade >>>> Shaq in his prime in terms of what they both bring defensively...their total scoring/rebounding/assist numbers, and the fact that you can play one superstar at any given time and rest the other one.

why would u want a prime shaq, who can have a bad game... and wasn't that great defensively... over one top 5 PF and one top 2 SG and HOFer ... who can both be played at the same time and are both amazing defensively... wade is larry holmes now but wasnt 2 years ago and last year. you can also play either one at any time while giving the other rest... its a no brainer.
