The NBA has brought it on themselves by focusing more on what goes on off the court rather than the product themselves. They've had the thought process that any coverage is good coverage for their sport, when that's not necessarily the case at all.when did hating on great athletes become cool?

Why is objective analysis considered hating?
Everyone with a brain knows Bron is an all-time great.
But the fact is, the man has attempted to stack the deck since 2010. He’s has tried to make his road to the Finals as easy as possible. Which is cool.
But don’t try and throw the FO under the bus when they have pretty much done a lot (not all) of what you’ve asked of them.
He can’t stand not being the center of attention. During game 1 of the NBA Finals, he has clutch release his billionaire status. Trying to steal the light of an NBA Finals that he wasn’t participating in.
