LA real estate is booming, Lebron is just parking his money like an oligarch.
TBS I wonder why he isn't trying to get into commercial real estate, instead of these mega mansions.

commercial real estate might take a hit going forward, offices are downsizing and retail spots are closing.

Once he wins this ring for the Lake Show he'll be able to flip all those mansions for a nice profit :lolbron:

Buying multiple extremely overpriced houses in one of the most expensive and overrated housing markets :picard:

A market that’s soon to be shyt due to wildfires and climate change. Only people really making a profit are the sellers and realtors - if it was such a great market how come 3 properties were up for sale in the same area like that?

Breh could have had 20+ mansions in somewhere like Ohio for that price. Could have had extra money to renovate them into community centers/rental properties/etc.

But hey it’s his money so :manny:

as a commoner, I never understood the appeal of a mega mansion. the taxes and army of staff it requires for the upkeep and cleaning is :mindblown:

You've probably never seen five figures liquid and you are giving financial advise to a soon to be a billionaire with zero knowledge of his finances. :mjlol:

CACs are already hating on twitter saying “where’s this oppression he goes on about?” “I thought there was only white privilege?” “I hope BLM burns it down.” :laff::laff::laff::laff:

I remember seeing on CNBC that 60% of NBA players are bankrupt within 5 years of leaving the league, it's even higher for the NFL.

That's why I agree with Lebron constantly diversifying himself on several different fronts. He's highly intelligent and has a good management team around him, I doubt he's making these moves at random.

Not as lucrative as it was ten years or twenty years ago.

Real estate is a top choice for rich people to park money in

But cali seems like a risk.

He can afford to sell the mansion at a loss. The demand is extremely low from the buyers market. You do not spend 37 million on a mansion and expect to make profit.
