no offense but if she's a beginner, she'll quit on the second day.
The point of working out with a trainer (or pretend trainer) is that someone is forcing/encouraging/coaching to push the trainee. That needs to be emphasized before the workout starts so she knows you aren't trying to be a jerk. After each set, you encourage her and tell her good job. The trainer sets the pace between sets. Too much rest makes the workout too easy. You can decrease the weight if you see that it is too hard and you can increase it if you see that it is too easy.
So for a beginner, that's why circuit training can be effective, you can move from machine to machine, change your weight resistance easily, and still get a burn without smashing her ego/spirit. If she walks away feeling that she accomplished something, that's good.

the kinda lazy i see is usually:

Black Women- walk on treadmill for an hour at 2.0 .....leave and don't touch a single other peice of equip.

White Girls- Pound the treadmill for 2 hours at 7.0 leave and don't touch a single other peice of equip.

:what:

the white girls aren't really "lazy" technically i guess ...but that pounding the treadmill for hours ish is for the :hamster:'s....mix it up a lil.

i'm a dude.

i go to the gym and lift 3 times a week. do mostly compound lifts and my gym sessions are pretty short. never touch the threadmill.

the people that usually see me at the gym probably think i'm lazy as fukk. except that when i get back home i usually do multiple sets of push-ups, pull-ups/chin-ups, core work and and i also go running on my off lifting days (hate running on the treadmill, rather run outside).

all we know is what people do while we see them.

that's true to an extent because i only spend about 30 mins upstairs strength training. i spend 1 1/2 downstairs in the pool. people might be saying the same thing about me.

TBH I be in the zone in the gym so I don't notice other peoples habbits. Just be working out and looking at myself in the mirror like

There was this one black woman, she only showed up once. Anyways, she was there with her friend working out on machines, riding the exercise cycle, and walking on the treadmill. She wasn't breaking out in a sweat on anything. I think she didn't want her hair to get all crazy from sweat. But, she was pretty and a brickhouse. No one was really complaining that she wasn't putting in 100% effort.

Forget that program.
Map out a circuit training plan 'all on machines'. Sounds gay, but circuit crap will be more effective for her, and make you look like a pro.
Do one set of 10 to 15 reps on each machine and go to the next one with minimal rest. Bench press machine, row machine, curl machine, tricep press machine, leg press machine, leg curl, leg extension, calf raise, sit up machine, whatever else (leg abductor, dip machine) to add to the mix. Go through the circuit four times with higher weight resistance or high rep count each time. Add 15 minutes on treadmill of walking and/or jogging. End it with stretching.

:ehh: planef fitness got them circuit training stations,put her through that 3 times,made her run as much as she could after that,she liked it,im in there:ooh:
