Hip adductor, and doing it at a snails pace. Ususally while talking on the phone or texting. lol

And NO, they typically don't look like this at my gym....but this is the only of 2 pics I could find. The other one was a black chick, but I know y'all get kinda sensitive about that. LOL

I've seen two other women.


One was going ham on the free weights while giving me the :stopitslime: look and lifting more than most of the dudes there.


Like bytch I weigh like 50lbs less than you, give me a break. I won't be lifting barbie weights forever. :damn:


Anyway... the other girl is like...50 something, extremely overweight. she will hop on a machine, put it on the lightest weight, do three reps, sit there for five minutes breathing heavily, and then hop to the next machine. and she ALWAYS wears some gahtdamn flashdance inspired outfit. Sparkley leggings and an oversized sweater with bright ass socks, and a top pony tail like she's in a fukking 80's workout video or some shyt.

Theres this old ass asian lady that I see EVERY single time I go in and she's always on the damn ab machine lmao

there is one at mine that does the same thing too. and she's not even skinny. I want to go over and tell her that shyt ain't going to help her.

Co-worker of mine wants me to train her at gym,at first i wanted to be like "bytch wat i do works for me cuz im a man,but she got double D's n been throwin the puss at me :cac: she just joined planet fitness and got the memborship where u can bring someone with you,i already gave er her BMR and told her to only drink water and eat foods high in protein and low in cals :yeshrug: we supposed to go after work tonite,was thinkin of just havin her do push ups,leg raises,dumbell squats,and hit the eliptical,wat else should i hve her do? :dwillhuh:

Forget that program.
Map out a circuit training plan 'all on machines'. Sounds gay, but circuit crap will be more effective for her, and make you look like a pro.
Do one set of 10 to 15 reps on each machine and go to the next one with minimal rest. Bench press machine, row machine, curl machine, tricep press machine, leg press machine, leg curl, leg extension, calf raise, sit up machine, whatever else (leg abductor, dip machine) to add to the mix. Go through the circuit four times with higher weight resistance or high rep count each time. Add 15 minutes on treadmill of walking and/or jogging. End it with stretching.

no offense but if she's a beginner, she'll quit on the second day.
