I have already stated i'm against bankruptcy as a whole(for anyone), but understand why its appealing/desirable.
Like I said, you're dense. You're holding onto an ideology just because. In order to save face, you have to take every anti-law stance you have to the extreme.
"its the govt's fault" isnt my ideology nor does is it remotely close, so I dont know how to defend that point. Its just a complete fabrication. Whoever subscribes to that I guess has been exposed...
"the government is suing the government with the help of the government."
let me explain what I mean, The federal Govt. charters corporations, making them legal entities through legislation, and granting them limited liability.
Factually incorrect.
There are two ways to charter a corporation. The first is for an individual to apply for a charter through a specific
state. The second is to obtain a charter through the
federal government by way of congressional bill.
Only in the second option does the federal government "charter" a corporation. And even then someone (i.e a specific person) has to sponsor said activity.
My fraternity is incorporated. All fraternities are incorporated. Do you understand what it means to be considered a corporation? Have you taken business law at all? Do you realize liability is not some flat rate term?
Your statement, "blaming any corporation without blaming the government" is congruent to saying "It is the government's fault." You're trying to pedal this lame talking point that didn't work in another thread. You're trying to say because the federal government allowed "corporations" to exist, it is the government's fault that we have rampant corruption. This simply does not work. That's akin to saying because Alexander Hamilton created the US Bank, it's his fault that we went into a Recession in the mid 2000s.
It's an asinine assumption that completely dismisses 200 years of American law and economic development.
