I just realized this while reading an article about Ariel Castro/Amanda Berry and the the other 2 chicks he held captive.


The n1gga is pleading not guilty and some lame duck lawyer is actually going to attempt to argue his case





In no other profession do human beings stoop that low, this sh1t is just one step above molesting kids. A trial ain't even necessary in this situation. He hasn't been set up, just throw the n1gga in the bushes

You just now realized that every criminal defendant must be allowed an attorney? In the pursuit of a fair and equal justice system, attorneys for even the worst offenders is necessary. I have no problem with that.

As far as lawyers' spot on the list of scumbags, I don't imagine they rank anywhere near as highly as internet trolls.

These guys probably didn't even have the money to afford a defense lawyer for a case like this and this is a court appointed attorney.

The great thing about our country is that everyone will be allowed a chance to defend themselves and the government must always prove their case despite what evidence can be seen on its face.

It may sound bad to you but I think it was Thomas Jefferson who said that its better to let 10 guilty men free than to hang ones innocent man. And that is why, even filthy like the Castro brothers are entitled to counsel and that counsel needs to do the best job possibly ensuring the government did its job. That's justice in America.

simple. its for the publicity of a high trial case. like the dude that got casey anthony off. he was a peon lawyer, and after getting her off pro-bono, now he's a high profile lawyer.

same reason that boston bombing dude will have no trouble obtaining legal representation and the dude from the batman spree shooting is able to find a lawyer.

you really are a moron

a lawyer is bound by his professional duty to defend a client even if he doesn't like the defendant.......our responsibility is not to lie for the defendant or get him off using deception......all we do is give the client advice on how their situation with respect to the law......then all we do is argue what the client would argue if they knew the law

also the guy defending Castro is probably a public defender who isn't getting paid much and would probably get paid the same if he was defending someone who had a traffic violation

stop blaming lawyers for the worlds ills and blame the people who commit the ills.........all we do as lawyer is translate the clients arguments into legal arguments........nothing more
