Reminds me of one of the other L & O series (I think it was Criminal Intent) had sticky fingers guest starring playing the Hip Hop police cause a rapper got shot

Idk how i feel about this last episode... i understand where they're coming from. Both the girls were victims. But why stop there? why not look into why the shooter is a murderer? why the shooter is pimp?
