It's like he did zero market research before starting this brand.

1. The name is too much. Lasting brands generally have simple names or are recognized be simple names. The only industry that can get away with it are designer/higher end names where it's named after the designer. Nike, Adidas, Reebok, Jordan, Converse, Polo (Ralph Lauren), etc. It also sounds forced.

2. He's pricing himself out of competition too early. He needs to make his clothing more accessible now and up the prices later once he gains some name/talent recognition... unless he's marketing this product as some designer sports apparel. But then he shouldn't be selling fitteds because that wouldn't be the target for high end sports apparel wearers.

3. The design of some of the items, specifically the hat, look like somebody who is out of touch with fashion trends designed them.... like maybe him. He screams old school coli poster who thinks he knows everything about everything. He needs to pull in some upperclassman from UCLA majoring in fashion design and let them take the lead. Then he and his sons can give final approval. That hat was like selling gucci print AF1s in 2010 when the wave was over in 2005. That ship has sailed.

Its a wack design but why nikkas upset cuz homie trying to cake? :wtf:

shyt so ingrained, y'all don't even see it.
He is going about it completely the wrong way.

He has the right idea trying to keep it all in, but terrible execution and can hurt his sons as they get into the league. All this BS is apparently causing teams to be scared of drafting his son because of their dad.

NCAA probably like :patrice:

In one of the interviews on fox sports, he said somebody like Nike could buy the brand if they wanna sign his son. :russ:

That would be interesting considering the other 2 are gonna be playing for an adidas school in college.

Black people the only race you see try to shyt on their own people for being ambitious :snoop:

Can never just support the next man or stfu, yall clowns gotta hate
I won't ever shyt on the ambition. But I will criticize the exectuion. the BBB logo isn't bad, however the design of the shirts and hat are awful. He should have just threw the logo on some compression shirts/shorts and kept it simple for now.

He needs to hire some graphic designers.

Nah, this ain't about that. I applaud the vision and the ambition.

100 dollars for a hat and 50 for a t-shirt is stupid though. No way around that.

Basically, people are thinking we are hating. It's just that those with SOME business sense see the flaws immediately.

He has a potential gold mine with his sons and looks as clueless as ever.

The name and logo is soooo bad :mjlol:

I respect the ambition but this looks like some 2005 South Pole shyt that you see on clearance racks at marshalls. :pachaha:

Clothes for nikkas that still rock flat brimmed fitteds with the stickers still on em and NT denim. :pachaha:

Should do more research into what young people like nowadays and hire people who know how to replicate what they want, if he really wants this to succeed.

Great idea, really poor execution so far.

Someone needs to bite the bullet and buy one of their items to check the level of quality their offering for our money.

Their "about us" isn't very promising, my college friends with clothing lines had their stuff together more than BBB does at this point.
